Israel
Leonardo Plaza Hotel – Eilat
Lobby furniture – full furnishing of the hotel lobby, custom-made to the hotel’s requirements and in accordance with architectural specifications, manufactured in leading factories in China.
This included chairs, armchairs, tables, sofas, and a specially designed sofa with 3-wings construction, each of which is 6-meter long.
Bar fittings – bar stools and tables, lounge corners.
Business parlor furniture – armchairs, tables, and chairs.
Brown Beach Hotel –
Tel Aviv
Complete hotel furniture, custom-made to the hotel’s requirements and in accordance with architectural specifications, manufactured in leading factories in China. This included complete guest-room furniture – beds, dressers, closets, tables, and chairs. We used bamboo wood (environmentally friendly) in all the furniture in the rooms.
Lobby – sofas, lounge corners, tables, large bookcase (5-meter long and 3.5-meter high).
Sunbeds for the balconies; big waterfall with LED lighting in the spa.
9 different lamp models, customized for our client.
Uniquely designed mirrors both in the room and in the public areas.
Shachamon Suites – Eilat
Complete hotel furniture, customized to the suites’ size and structure. Products were hand-picked from the vast offerings of leading Chinese factories, and they included:

Medically supervised recovery hotel, intended for heart patients who have undergone invasive treatment, 68 hotel rooms that include an orthopedic bed, table, closet, and other comfort accessories

Protea Hills retirement home – Har Shoresh
Complete lobby furniture, custom-made to the retirement home’s requirements and in accordance with an architectural specification

The architectural specification was given by the architect.

Neve Oranim retirement home – Gedera

128 residential apartments for the senior staff and employees on three agricultural farms. A residential complex comprising 40 units was built on each farm. Every apartment feature 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.

United States
Rental apartments – Royal Garden, Orlando
432 residential apartments, each comprising 1-4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. This was a special collaborative project with NR company, in which we supplied the furniture that was manufactured in China and shipped directly to the site in the U.S.
In this project we supplied:
Kitchen – kitchen cabinets, food counter, sink, and tap.
Bathroom – bathroom cabinets, mirror, and tap.
LED projectors for street lighting.
Gutters in every building.
Poolside furniture.
Lakeview Pointe Apartments (Lake Buchanan LLC) – Tampa
370 residential apartments, each comprising 1-4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. This was a special collaborative project with NR company, in which we supplied complete furniture and fittings that were manufactured in China and shipped directly to the site in the U.S.
Complete apartment furniture included:
Double bedrooms – double bed (200X160 cm), mattress, 4-door closet, two dressers, and bookcase.
Single bedrooms – single bed (200X80 cm), mattress, 2-door closet, two dressers, bookcase.
Living room – 3+1 sitting corner, low coffee table, TV unit.
Kitchen – kitchen cabinets, sink, tap, dining table, chairs.
Bathroom – bathroom cabinets, mirror.
Brook Side – Orlando
232 residential units, each comprising 1-3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
This was a special collaborative project with NR company, in which we supplied complete furniture and fittings that were manufactured in China and shipped directly to the site in the U.S.

Residential building – Alphabet City, Manhattan NYC
28,800 m2, 18-story residential tower in the heart of Manhattan. All products are imported directly from Chinese factories to the site in New York.
The final selection of floor tiles, lobby furniture, and other items was made by Mr. Jerry Cohen (the company’s owner). that visited the various Chinese factories, examined the many models that we proposed to him in each category, and finally chose the items that best suited his vision.
Lobby and public areas – granite-porcelain floors (80X80 cm) spanning 16,000 m2.
Commercial floor – 530 m2 of black granite for column coating on the commercial floor.
Apartments – bamboo deck for the floors covering 14,000 m2.
